Russell K. Osgood is the senior partner is Osgood and Harris, LLC. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1962 and joined what is now the City of Boulder's third oldest law firm. His practice has always emphasized real estate, primarily in the areas of commercial sales and purchases, leasing, foreclosures, boundary line/easement disputes and IRC Sec. 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. In the last 20 to 25 years his practice has expanded to where 50 percent or more of his time is related to tax and estate planning, wills, trusts and probate. He has been certified as an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils.
